About Me
Cory currently resides in Denver, CO and is a published writer in the realm of creative non-fiction. Recent publications include euphoria in Litro Magazine (2020) and Will's Words in the Avalon Literary Review (2018). Cory graduated Magna Cum Laude from Regis University in Denver, Colorado where they studied English Literature and Peace & Justice Studies. At Regis, they were a student leader and organizer. During their senior year they were one of the co-presidents of the Queer Student Alliance, which boasted the highest attendance of any Regis University sanctioned event of the last three years at their fall drag show, an event which went on to win the 2019-2020 Event of the Year from Regis University. They led the Queer Student Alliance to win the 2019-2020 honor of being voted Club/Organization of the Year, in part because of Cory's outreach to a more diverse array of students than had ever been previously attempted. Originally from Sammamish, Washington, Cory has a passion for writing, public speaking, research, and reading.
